Program Purpose Statement
Francis Howell Howell North strives to develop student leaders both academically and athletically. The Activities Leadership Council will promote FHN activities with core values to enhance the vision of our programs.
FHN Core Values - S. H. I. E. L. D.
Sportsmanship - is defined as ethical, appropriate, polite and fair behavior while participating in a game or athletic event
Honesty - free of deceit and untruthfulness; sincere
Integrity - the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.
Excellence - the quality of being outstanding or extremely good; an outstanding feature or quality
Leadership - the action of leading a group of people or an organization
Determination - can be a decision, or the focus you need to get something done
